We only accept returns or exchanges if the hair is in its original condition and available in stock. No exceptions. This ensures that every customer receives premium, untouched hair.

Smooth and Reliable Delivery

Orders are shipped Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. To ensure your hair arrives on time, we recommend placing your order 5–7 business days before it's needed. Pick-up orders will receive a notification email once ready.
